Dispatch Confirms Everything
Dispatch reviews your request and confirms: service area coverage, equipment compatibility with your vehicle, estimated arrival time, and total price including any applicable surcharges.
No surprises — you know the complete cost before we roll.
On-Site Supervised Charging
The local operator travels to a suitable, accessible location and provides supervised AC Level 2 charging using truck-mounted equipment with a 25-foot charging cord. Charging is supervised for the duration of your service package.
Service packages are 15, 30, or 45 minutes of charging time (separate from travel and setup).
Back on the Road
Once sufficient charge is available, you can continue to a working charging station to complete your charge. The amount of range delivered varies by vehicle, battery condition, and temperature.
